1. Acceptance of Terms

By using or accessing the Monaqasati platform, you confirm that you are legally authorized to represent the registered company or commercial entity, and you agree to comply with the applicable laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

2. Accounts and Responsibility

Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information, including a valid Commercial Registration (CR) number.
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password.
The Monaqasati platform assumes no responsibility for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

3. Platform Use for Tendering

Monaqasati provides a Software as a Service (SaaS) tool to facilitate Request for Quotations (RFQs) and construction procurement processes. The Monaqasati platform is not a party to any contract or commercial agreement concluded between contractors and suppliers via the platform.

4. Fees and Payments

Fees and subscriptions are determined based on the selected pricing plan. The Monaqasati platform reserves the right to modify the pricing structure with a 30-day prior notice to active subscribers.

5. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided 'as is' without any express or implied warranties. Monaqasati is not liable for pricing errors, supply delays, or the quality of construction materials provided by suppliers, as these matters are subject to direct agreement between the transaction parties.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Saudi courts in Riyadh.
